Bio - Donald Thomson
Growing up in the Northwest Houston area, Donald “DT” Thomson has first-hand experience with many of the areas that he sells real estate in.
As a Klein High School graduate of the Class of 2000, Donald is especially knowledgeable about the Spring/Klein area. Over time, Donald has grown his real estate market knowledge to include areas such as The Woodlands, Magnolia, Conroe, Cypress, Tomball, Humble, and beyond.
Donald is also a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing in 2005 and went on to earn his master’s degree in Sports Management in 2007. After gaining valuable sales, marketing, and management experience in the sports-business industry, Donald turned his focus and passions into Real Estate.
In his inaugural year in Real Estate at Keller Williams Realty, Donald became the fastest “rookie” to surpass $2,000,000 in total sales, and he hasn’t slowed down since.
Donald attributes his success in real estate to his strong Christian faith along with the support from his family including his wife, Xanath, and two children, Julius and Xarlet.
He displays a dedication to truly serve people in a real estate transaction. One of the most common remarks that Donald receives from clients is that he is “Both professional, yet personable.” In other words, Donald has fun with his clients in a professional and effective way.
Whether he is working with a first-time home buyer or an experienced seller, Donald has the heart of a teacher in everything he does. His sales and marketing background creates unique advantages for sellers, and his management and training background provide huge benefits for his buyers. Through it all, Donald displays pride and passion through his work, and the results for his client prove it.
That is why Donald is often quoted as saying, “Real Estate is not my J-O-B. It’s not even my career. It is my vocation.“ It is no wonder why many of Donald’s past “clients” are now life-long friends.
